About

In this project, we have interviewed drone experts on topics of UAV operation and drone cinematography. Their valuable opinions and comments help us to understand the current advances on these topics and to refine the directions of our research work, particularly in the creation of drone operation simulation and training tools. Based on this, the grammar of typical shot types has been refined based on our interviews and on experience gained during planning and shooting of live footage. A series of subjective experiments were also conducted based on simulation videos in order to evaluate optimum drone parameters in typical single drone shot types.
